Service Use
Wakekeeper tools are provided for marine navigation support, trip visibility, and flotilla coordination. You remain responsible for safe seamanship and official navigation practices at all times.
Availability and Changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including during alpha and beta periods.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and design materials are owned by Glowplug Limited (Hong Kong) unless otherwise stated.
Liability
Wakekeeper is provided on an 'as is' basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
